Use this form if you are a member in good standing and require a password to login for the first time, or if you've forgotten your password. Your username is your e-mail address (your e-mail address of record in the ISER database). A password will be generated and e-mailed to you. After you receive your password you may continue to use the generated password or you may change it. Passwords are case-sensitive, must be between 6 and 12 characters in length, and should include both letters and numbers. Allowable characters are a-z, A-Z, 0-9, and _ (underscore)
